Okay, so, in fiction/fantasies, I'm attracted to really strong emotions. For me, some of the attraction of sneezing is that intense, unstoppable, desperate feeling I sense in the person about to sneeze. If there's anticipation in the way of gasps or build-ups or, even better, the person verbally attempting to say that the person's about to sneeze, then it's even better because I can sort of feel the emotion along with the situation.

So I'm attracted to fetishes with that similar element. I love when I guy is about to orgasm and there are verbal cues for that, either with gasps or in words. And I actually also really like the desperation aspect of omomorashi/golden showers. For me, when a character is desperate and really needs to pee, it's similar to when a character is desperate and really needs to sneeze.
