After-Running Blows (Self, F)

Hi guys!

So earlier today I went for a run and because it's allergy season here, my nose was running pretty badly by the time I got back.

"Hey, you're back," my roommate said as I walked in the door.

"Yup, but I really gotta blow my nose," I replied as I grabbed a tissue and let out a wet, firm blow. My nose was still really runny so I grabbed a few more tissues, turned away for a moment, and let out several snotty-sounding honks.

"Well, you weren't kidding when you said you had to blow your nose," my roommate said.

"Yeah, my nose just won't stop running," I said. I decided to go into the bathroom to muffle the noise of my blows (at least slightly) and blew my nose about five more times into a wad of toilet paper, each one being a fairly loud honk. By the time I was done, my nose was noticeably pink around the edges and the trash bin was quite full of snot-filled toilet paper.

"I'm done," I said as I went out of the bathroom, rubbing my nose with my hand to make sure I didn't have to blow my nose again.

"Well, hopefully you aren't getting a cold," said my roommate.

"Nah, it's just allergies. I hope," I replied.
