Sounds like fun! I chose Xellos from slayers, my newest anime love. I made a small dialogue between him and Amelia:

"Id the dabe of the good Rudy-Eyed, could you all stop bei'g so Happy?" Xellos groaned.

"You sould ill, Mr. Xellos! Are you feeling alright?" Amelia sounded worried.

"Sniff D-Dow, Tha-aah ha'kdshew! Sniffff Dow, that is a secret."

(I took the head cannon of Xellos denying illness using his favourite line from Spoider's Xellos art)

I'll try one with Hermione Granger:

"Widgardiub Leviosa" Hermione said pointing her wand at the tissue box across the room. The box didn't move.

"Widgardiub Leviosa" she tried it again, but nothing happened.

"Widgardiub Ha EtChoosh! Leviosa dabbit!" the box showed no sign of moving.

"This is Het Choo! ridiculous! I ab Herbiode Gradger, the dubber ode witch id by class, why cad't I Ha Choo! preforb a sibple levitatiod charb"?

The Gryffindor common room was silent and no one was around to her Hermione talking to herself.

"Let's try this agaid- Widga..... aaaaa..... Aaaaa ChooSh! Oh forget it"!

Hermione decided to get a tissue the old fashioned way- she got up from the couch she was sitting on, grabbed a tissue from the box and blew her red nose wetly into it. The thought of trying a nonverbal spell never crossed her cold ridden mind.
