allergyboy2001
I am on a mainly-business trip to Europe, and am currently in Belgium. Today I was at the central Brussels train station very early in the morning, waiting in the station for colleagues, prior to going to the platform, and casually observing people. I saw a competent take-charge man, about 35, pulled a handkerchief out of his front right jeans pocket, unfold it, and do something between a blow and wiping of his nose. He was one of several people leading a large group of young Scouts on some sort of trip. A person causally dressed but in authority. Link to comment

allergyboy2001
I know, though he is one of the few I've seen. Do the Flemish use them more than the French, or is it evenly mixed? Link to comment
