Coughing vs. Spoon (F Self-Obs)

I myself, am not much for coughing, but I know many of you are, so this for you.

I was in the kitchen about an hour ago, making myself some half 'n half (half lemonade, half iced tea). I grabbed a cup and then grabbed a spoon. I put the handle of the spoon in my mouth---because I'm the sort who utilizes her mouth to hold things instead of just putting the things down---so I could hold the cup and turn the facet on, when my throat suddenly tickles ('cause I'm sick) and I start coughing, and the spoon to fall to the floor. So, now I'm all annoyed with myself 'cause I have to wash the spoon. But, the goodness of the half 'n half soothed both forms of irritation.

Anyway, hope that gave you some amusement, if nothing else.
