Joal 555 Posted August 8, 2016 Share Posted August 8, 2016 Please be aware that since the recent mini-update to the forum, we are not currently receiving "contact us" messages (other than the title) and if anyone has sent one to us in the last few days (since 4 August 2016), please would they either PM a staff member or send an email to the staff account with details of whatever issue they may have been messaging us about. The above methods should also be used for future messages, until such time as the problem can be fixed. Thank you for your patience and co-operation. NB - we know that some "contact us" messages have been sent, but all we are getting is the title of the "contact us", not the actual contents of the message or who they are from. Link to comment
High on Lullabies Posted August 10, 2016 Share Posted August 10, 2016 Just to add that while I am attempting to resolve this, I have disabled the 3rd Party 'Contact Us' application that we use and reactivated the standard IPS one.
