Alteration to sneeze preference field

Following a suggestion by one of our members (and thank you to that member for their message), the Staff have made an alteration to the sneeze preference field on profiles.

Whereas previously the options were "unknown", "male", "female", "both" and "neither", the latter two options have been altered to "any" and "no preference" to avoid any implication that male and female are the only two genders and to further acknowledge that some of our members choose to identify as "other" on their profile.
