Amber Rudd wiping nose during PMQ's

Was watching Prime Ministers Questions earlier this week and noticed the Home Secretery, Amber Rudd blowing nose twice. She was sitting beside the Prime Minister so was clearly in view through most of the questions. Both times she removed a tissue from her jacket sleeve, blew/wiped her nose and then replaced the tissue up her sleeve. It is on iPlayer - very near the beginning. I have captured some screen grabs below.

Yes, I saw that too, and believe it or not \I immediately thought of you!  Can' t imagine why.  Who is that gorgeous treasury minister with the pageboy blonde bob who sits a few seats to the left of Mrs May?
