Metal Gear Solid 3 giant sneeze

I know that in the first metal gear game Snake can catch a cold and end up sneezing his head off but I wasnt able to find any videos of that without voice over. But i found one that is a little better (at least in my opinion)

 

it features a virtual reality training sim snake is going through, where he fights a giant soldier? Ive never played the games before but i know this video used to be one of my favorite sneeze vids. He only does the sneezing and buildups right at the beginning though.

Holy shit that's good.  Though now I'm glad I've never played Metal Gear I would never be able to get past this part lol
