You have it set to a private link. You need to switch the permissions in your Google Drive for that image to 'anyone with link" viewing ability.

It's saying that we have to request permission to view it, you might want to change the permission for the file for Link Sharing to be enabled.

 

It's the same place you got the link but under who has access, right now  there's a section that says private you'll want to click change and then select one of the two on options.
