The 'Contact Us' Feature - PLEASE READ

Dear membership, 

We have had several messages sent in to the staff recently from people using the Contact Us feature. This feature does still work, and we are able to read the messages, however: 

What it does not tell us are the usernames of the members who have sent the emails. It gives us an email address, but we have to execute a manual search to find who it is who sent it, and sometimes members use different email addresses than the ones they used on the forum, meaning we don't know who sent it in. 

In the future, the staff would like to ask that all members sign the email message with their current forum username if they need to contact us. This will enable us to be able to help and answer queries much more quickly and efficiently than we have been doing so far.
