To go with my similar post a while back about Leonard Bernstein (yes, I have a "thing" for classical musicians and handkerchiefs, lol), here is a 1980's video of the very handsome and talented operatic baritone Sherrill Milnes singing a Verdi aria in a concert, and afterwards elegantly wiping some perspiration from his face with his handkerchief.  The relevant part begins at 4:52:

My mother is an opera singer and she used to teach me some canto - primarily aria for soprano.

My favourite opera is 'Orfeo Ed Euridice' from Gluck and 'The Magic Flute' from Mozart.
