Error Message

I seem to be having trouble accessing this website, and I’m not sure why. For the last two days I thought SFF was down because every time I try to go here as I usually do, on my laptop, I’ve gotten a screen that reads “Error. The request could not be satisfied. Request blocked. Generated by cloud front”. I’ve tried googling this but nothing I read made any sense to me. Anyways, on a whim I tried it on my phone using data instead of WiFi, and suddenly I could get on here. Any idea what’s going on?  Is this on my end or the site’s? It doesn’t seem to be happening to any other website but this one.
