So I'm sitting in math class, paying no attention to the boy next to me, when suddenly he stands up and walks over to the tissue box on the teacher's desk. He pulls several out and ducks into the hallway. I wait, breathless with anticipation, and my patience is rewarded with several long, loud, and sharp honks. He returns to the classroom as though nothing happened and wiping his nose a few times, drops the tissues into the trash can and resumes his seat.

Nice observation.  Very cool that you could still hear him in the hallway.
