Redi's Legion of Sneezers

This is a thread to keep all my OCs in one place as a reference, whether for fics drabbles or rps. 

Shane Black <3
Shane is in his mid twenties, with tan skin and shaggy blonde hair, deep blue eyes.  He grew up on a farm in a small town and prefers it there though he has been known to live in the city if there's better work to be had there, as long as his sister can keep up with the family farm.  He served two tours of duty with the Army in Iraq, and on his second tour his humvee was blown by an IED.  He and the driver (his best friend and medic) survived, and were sent home with medals.  Shane suffers bad from PTSD, and the scars he has on his body only serve as a reminder of what happened.  His left arm has scars all over it, and the left side of his neck and head have similar scars.  His left shoulder has surgical scars as well, and he suffers 50% hearing loss in his left ear.  He wears his dog tags at all times, usually tucked under his shirt, and doesn't like to talk about his service.  He doesn't see himself as a hero in the slightest, and wants to have a normal life but normal will always elude him.  He has a thick Southern accent and a deep voice, and forgive the cliche but his muscles are ripped.  He has all the grace of a southern gentleman, and feels the need to protect everyone especially those he cares about.  Usually works either on his farm, welding, or construction.  He plays acoustic guitar very well, and has a natural voice for singing.

Not allergic to much other than pollen (very mild) and certain moulds (mild-moderate)
Despite his claims, does catch colds (fairly easily really) and they're nearly always bad headcolds occasionally moving into his chest
*Cold denial, holdbacks, talkies, sometimes stifles, build-ups, strong sneezes, usually doubles but also fits, typically uses a blue bandanna, high fever

Trae Knight <3
Trae is in his early to mid twenties, with fair lightly tan skin, short messed brown hair, and a bit of stubble.  His eyes are grey and he has an average body build except his washboard abs.  He grew up in a rural area before moving to a bigger town to live for awhile.  He has a close relationship with his sister, and the two of them grew up learning survival skills from their mom and basic fighting tactics from their dad.  He has a strong sense of duty, and while a bit shy at first once he warms up to you he's a fierce friend. 
Zombie/Apocalypse Related!!
He and his sister joined the militia, but were separated during the early days of the outbreak.  He's known for using environmental weapons, and is a skilled sniper.  After the deaths of his fellows, he's been searching for any sign of his sister and will never stop looking for her, as she's all he has left now.
Sneeze-Related!!
Allergic to pollen (moderate) and dust (severe)
Doesn't get sick very easily but when he does it's bad.  He denies it for awhile not wanting to worry anyone else.
*Cold denial, some talkies, stifles, build-ups, strong cold sneezes, usually doubles or triples from cold, allergy fits, high fever when sick

Chris Black
Chris is in her early twenties, with long blonde hair tan skin and powder blue eyes.  She's a lot stronger than she looks, having grown up on a farm with her brother Shane.  When her brother left for the Army, Chris felt abandoned and resented her brother for a long time.  When he came back home, however, she was the first to realize that even though he had changed he was still her brother and her brother had never needed or wanted pity.  She's a very understanding person and cares deeply for those around her.  She loves the farm life, but also wants to experience more than just crops and cattle so she moved to the city to go to college.  She's in nursing school now, working at a hospital as an aide to earn a bit of money since she doesn't have to worry about paying for her education or housing thanks to her brother's GI bill.  She loves all life, and wants nothing more than to help people in need.  She seems naive, but really is far from it she just has a warm inviting personality and has learned to be forgiving.  She can play the guitar fairly decent, and loves singing.

Allergic to dust (moderate) and certain moulds (moderate)
Doesn't get sick very often, and it's rarely very bad.  She doesn't deny it, but downplays because she doesn't want anyone to be bothered.
*Some stifles, talkies sometimes, build-ups, rarely more than one or two sneezes unless sick

Lyna Knight
Lyna is in her mid twenties, with tan skin long black hair, grey eyes, and a toned figure.  She's fairly quiet, though can sometimes be overly blunt, and puts on a good show of not caring.  Inside however, she cares deeply for those who she feels close to and despite her efforts at distancing herself she gets attached fairly easily.  She and her brother Trae grew up learning survival skills from their mom and fighting tactics from their dad, and they have a close bond.  She has a strong sense of pride and honour.
Zombie/Apocalypse Related!!
Lyna and Trae joined the militia but were separated early in the outbreak.  She earned a name for herself as a skilled scout and medic, specializing in silent kills.  She carries a handgun with two bullets she never uses, the intent of which is a personal vow to never let herself be turned/die slowly.  She prefers the use of two swords, and can make use of anything around her.  After watching her company fall, she turned into a bit of a rogue and searches for her brother taking little care for anything else in her way.

Gets sick easily when over-tired, but pushes through it.
