Editing thread titles and username

Hi guys, 

am I able to update the title of a topic I started? I posted a story and want to edit the title when a new chapter is up. Can I do that? 

Also can I change my username? Can’t figurw out how to do either of these things. Thank you!!

You can change your username after you become validated. For editing, that comes after you have been validated for an amount of time.

All of what Reaper said is correct. That said, the staff is always happy to edit thread titles the way you’ve described; just use the Contact Us! button, and tell us the current thread title and what you’d like it changed to. We’ve also been known to change people’s display names when asked, though not an unlimited number of times.
