Changing My Pic

I looked at the membership levels of the site and saw that I needed to be at the Validating level, which according to the site and the membership levels post, I am. Howver, when I go to change my pic, it says that I don't have permission to do so

“Can edit and customise own profile (not currently available following forum upgrade in February 2016)”

It’s not available anymore unfortunately.
