Always have a hanky up your sleeve?

I always carry a hanky up my sleeve, just wondering if anyone else does and why?

I do it sometimes if I need to have quick access to it, like if I have a cold or a particularly itchy nose. It drives my love @Hankysneeze absolutely wild!

How about tissues up the sleeve? This seems common for women of age around 30 or above. I remember someone with whom I worked having a good stock of them up both sleeves, like a special adornment to her top...

I don't always carry a hanky anymore at the moment, but when I do it's in my pocket

I've done this. Usually need a hair-tie to make it stay though.

Always nice to see a hankie up a ladies sleeve although it is not a common sight these days.

The only time I have one up my sleeve is when I have my onesie on because it doesn't have pockets

I would keep it in my pocket if I carried one, up my sleeve just seems like it would be uncomfortable. But I have sensory issues, so that's probably why

I think most guys carry it in their pockets, sleeves are normally more a thing that ladies do

Despite being more usual for women, I also always carry a hanky tucked up my sleeve. I started this habit a few years ago with a sinus crisis, and it has become normal for me.

I hope it wouldn't be wrong for me to ask, but could you define "sinus crisis"?  mostly cause it sounds really hot but also possibly concerning, and a little mysterious haha
