I received a problem ticket where a client complained that they were still receiving messages on the office phones even though the office was closed. I attempted to call the client to explain the concept of voicemail. My co-workers and superiors were in hysterics when I had to leaveĀ a message. I ended up sending the client an email. One co-worker laughed even harder when the client confirmed the issue resolved. These are one of the rare moments where I had to pause to figure out how to approach a situation. x D
