Yes, I would like this as well. If this were the case, I would get drenched in the rain and not wear jackets when it’s cold more often.

Yes definitely. Or if I'm in the middle of nowhere and there's lots of snow I wouldn't wear anything. The same if there's a frozen lake.

It would be nice, but only if it only lasted as long as I was cold and wet. You know how sometimes once you get cold it takes forever for you to warm up? Yeah. If I was sniffly and sneezy at the same time, I'd really enjoy that.
