honking youtuber/streamer translation from German?

So I recently found that P@luten's (@=a) youtube channel is a gold mine for nose blowing observations.  He blows his nose on camera often AND he's a honker.  Sometimes he talks (in German) about blowing his nose before/after he does it, but I can't quite decipher exactly what he's saying.  Does anyone know German well enough to translate what he's saying?

In this video, starting at 6:29, he sneezes, opens up a packet of tissues that he got in the mail, blows his nose, and says something after.

In this video, starting at around 3:40, he honks really loudly.  Then someone else says something (sounding kind of annoyed), and then he says that he is sick (I think).
