Has anybody got any tips on how to bring sneezing into a conversation? 

Theres this really cute girl ik who has the prettiest nose n rly cute sneezes n I want to mention sneezing in our conversations somehow. Any advice?

Yeah definitely not. It's the same as asking for a bra size. Unless you have permission to accomodate (aka asking about allergies to limit exposure because they are coming to your house), don't ask anyone but a partner or a casual fling/hookup about it.
