college student at the park

[Bleh]

So today I saw a guy sitting on a park bench.  He had shaggy blonde hair and a tissue in his hand.  He appeared to be a student from the college adjacent to the park.  He gave his nose 2 blows in a tissue.  The first one was kinda snotty; the second one was a snotty honk.  And I was quite a distance away and could still hear it.

Sounds like he managed quite a decent volume then - he can obviously put some force behind it!
