This morning (M)

So today I'm posting about myself. I have been super bad about sneezing and getting things done this morning. I still have not walked my dog cause.... eehhh ahhh... phew... cause I need to sneeze and it's cold. Which always ages it worse. Ahktchhooo! Hhhaahhhkkkteeooo! 

Anyway I was trying jot to wake my roommate and kept stiffling which always makes it worse. Hepkt.. tchio...

This went on for 3 hours now the meds are kicking in but I still keep rubbing my nose and massaging the bridge of my nose to calm the tickle.

Bless you! Hope it’s calmed down a bit, I’ve found myself sneezing more as it gets colder too
