Shop assistant obs (f)

I was out today doing some Christmas shopping. In one of the stores I was served at the counter by a young lady (18/19, long blonde hair, small nose stud, kind of pointy nose, skinny build) who had a cold. 

I noticed immediately that her nose looked quite red and chapped. I asked how her day was going and as she replied (didn't really sound too stuffy) she sniffed wetly and then wiped her nose on the inside of her wrist with the sleeve of her cardigan. 

I finished my purchase and then as I was leaving noticed a couple more things I hadn't looked at before. As I was browsing those I noticed the same shop assistant turn her back to the counter and blow her nose - quickly and not overly hard, but sounded kinda wet.
