I know, I know I must go
my fate to meet
beneath a ceiling of green leaves.
I can hear them rustling
in the breeze,
beckoning me
to come closer.
The sun filters through
the branches,
casting a dappled light
upon the ground.
I take a step forward,
and then another,
until I am standing
beneath the tree.
I raise my face to the sky
and close my eyes,
feeling the warmth of the sun
on my skin.
I know this is where I am meant to be
and so I let go
of all my fears and doubts.
I open myself up to the possibilities
of what lies ahead
and take a deep breath.
This is the start of my new journey
and I am ready to face whatever comes my way.

Wow this is just lovely. The imagery just makes me want to be there, under a great tree feeling the sun and the breeze. Beautiful work.
