I mean the only instance I have heard of that tends to make people sneeze after showering is when you got a clogged nose from a cold and the steam of the shower helps your nose reduce swelling causing all the sensitive inflamed tissue behind the swelling to be bombarded with potential irritants

Certainly a clogged nose at the min because hay-fever on whole no high for me lately

Yep we might have our culprit there, after a shower washes away all the pollen and soothes your nose, the pollen outside can come back for a round two
