How to Draw "Allergy Eyes? "

Hi! I'm new to the forum, and I have been doing digital art for some time. I recently got back into charcoal and gray scale drawings and body parts like eyes and noses. I can do the basics pretty well, but I was wondering if any artists here have tips from drawing red or teary eyes?! No need to reply unless you're comfortable. Thank you! I also have a nose, but I'll post separately since I know mess makes some people uncomfortable.
