How do you get a video removed from YouTube?

There is an old video on YouTube that was filmed and posted without my permission when I was in school and I was having a sneezing fit in class and some idiot decided to film it and post it on YouTube.

I thought it had been removed (got teachers involved), but apparently someone has taken it and re-uploaded it..

Unfortunately the only real way to do this is by reporting the video in question. Depending on which reporting option you select, it goes to a different team, so picking the more severe options might be the way to go.

You can report videos, and you also report a channel from the channel profile page. 

If its a video of you at school, and therefore you were a minor, the report channel i think has the options for posting videos of minors  rather than the report video option.
