How do you come up with sneeze spellings while writing a sneezefic?

Hello! I'm currently working on a sneeze story/sickfic (??) set in an institution called "The Postal Office", a magical postal office that delivers letters using small silver figures shaped like a hawk (difficult to explain...), in a stand-alone town in my fictional universe. I have never written sneezes into a story before and was wondering: How do you come up with sneeze spellings?

Whenever I get stuck I try to listen to some sneezes for some inspiration of what I want them to sound like.
