YEP. I was looking through Moulin Rouge clips the other day and there is indeed an (expertly) stifled sneeze during "El Tango de Roxanne!” 🥰

Randomly came across a Reel of the full performance with a much better angle plus the video has great audio quality. 

Full performance is 10/10 worth watching, but sneeze is just after the 2:15 mark.
