Her character Lucy in the film Two Weeks Notice gets water thrown at her at a divorce hearing, and she said it went up her nose, and blew her nose into a hankie. She develops a cold near the end and coughs offscreen but unfortunately she didn't sneeze in the movie.

I've heard that was an actual sneeze and the director handed her the tissue then kept rolling.

Around an hour into the film The Heat, there is a scene where she's in a bar and her character Sarah is crying and has a booger in her nose. Melissa McCarthy's character Shannon helps her blow the booger out of her nose, and then they're being goofy and silly and they tape their noses and drink. You will enjoy this if you enjoy pig noses or snot.
