Lady on street blowing nose

As I was walking to work this morning, a young lady holding a handkerchief to her face was walking towards me. 

She was probably early 20s, blonde hair, not super long, about 5'4". As she walked towards me she blew her nose several times into the handkerchief. 

It was a white handkerchief with a few floral prints and a scalloped border but a lot larger than a typical woman's handkerchief. Between blows she would kind of refold it before blowing again. As she walked past me she finished blowing but kept the hanky in her hand.
