Good sellers of chhinkni outside of US

Hi all, I was wondering if people know good places to get chhinkni when you live outside of the US. (I moved to Canada several years ago) I recently had an experience where my stock of powder wasn't quite effective enough, so, seeing that my chhinkni had expired 3 years ago, I decided to get some new stuff. I figured it's like kitchen spices where they're not dangerous to ingest if very old, but they lose their zing. Since I'm no longer in the US, I had to chance it and buy from a seller on eBay instead of the US Amazon site. Package arrives today and I see that the sides of the blister pack are a bit roughed up, probably indicating that it'd been shoved away in box, and it's only a year out from expiration. Definitely frustrating to see. I'd love recommendations for websites/sellers to use in the future.
