I've known about this image for a while (I imagine other SFF members have also spotted it) and, although it's almost certainly posed, have thoroughly enjoyed the thought of a huge sneeze being about to hit the lace handkerchief. I don't know the image's history - possibly it was used in an advertisement for a cold remedy or similar. Anyway, I thought I'd provide an alternative caption ... maybe I'll try to come up with some others 🌬️
