DARBY, BILL, & SUE walk out of a building together into a sunny day.

BILL: (sneezes 3x)

SUE: Oh, bless you. You have a cold?

BILL: No, I have, uh, ACHOO Syndrome? Autosomal Dominant Compelling Helioopthalmic Outburst? I sneeze in transitions from dark to bright light.

SUE: (swatting him) You’re pulling my leg, Bill.

BILL: No I’m not, I’m serious. It’s genetic. My father has it too.

DARBY: (nods half-smiling half-wincing to SUE to confirm)

SUE: Aww. (reaching into her purse) Here. Take these, then, sweetheart. (hands him a travel pack of tissues)

BILL: (immediately opening them) Oh, thank you.

SUE: (interrupting to hug him) I’ll call y’all tomorrow.

BILL: All right, yep. Sounds good.

SUE: (hugging Darby) Goodbye little quiet girl.

DARBY: Bye.

SUE: (walks off smiling)

BILL: (muffled by tissues) Take care, Sue.

DARBY: Bye, Sue.

BILL: (still muffled by tissues) Bye. (uses his fingers to finish calming down his nose)
