most use out of chhinkni?

How do you guys get the most of of using chhinkni? Any methods of inducing that are better than others or if there's certain tips/tricks that help you get the best results like the appropriate amount to use? I feel like it's a hit or miss sometimes and it doesn't always give the best results

Conventional wisdom is to use an amount "the size of a pea" in each nostril. Personally I think that's a bit much.

And be sure to record the first time you use it. Subsequent uses are never as intense.

Personally I've gotten better results with it in my NOSE as opposed to my SINUSES. So SNIFF it, don't SNORT it.

And it really has to be fresh. Shelf life, SEALED, of a couple months maybe for potency. Up to a year it's still *OK*, but noticeably less potent as time goes own. If you can't smell the menthol oils, don't even bother.
