Getting Over Mental Block?

Has anyone here had an experience where they used to have a mental block, but they became okay with sneezing in public overtime?

I haven’t sneezed in front of anyone for literal years, and I really wanna get over my mental block somehow. If you managed to get over yours, could you maybe share some tips as to how you did that? Tysm!!:)

I know there are other posts with this same question so you may want to scroll through a bit. I still have somewhat of a mental block but nowhere even close to as bad as it used to be. I started by inducing in places where I was close to others (restroom stalls, changing rooms, room next to another like kitchen next to living room). After I got used to that I started being able to sneeze more in public.
