Sick barista (no sneezes)

I regularly get coffee from a local coffee cart. Today I noticed that the barista working seemed to have a cold. 

She is early 20s, short, with brown hair. I had to wait in line for a while as it was busy when I arrived. The first thing I noticed was how red her nose was, but then as I got closer to the front of the line I could see/hear her sniffling every minute or so. 

It was pretty quiet when I was finally getting served so I had a chat for a couple of minutes as my coffee was being made. She still sniffled a little and every so often would wipe her nose slightly with the sleeve of her sweatshirt. 

About an hour later I walked back past the cart and from a slight distance saw the same girl blowing her nose in a paper towel.

Coffee and a cold obs. Great combination! Did she look like she was blowing her nose hard or trying to keep it soft and discreet?
