Video I found--potentially interesting discussion fodder

I honestly don't know if I should put this here or in Sneezing in the Media, but since I felt this might be worthy of discussion, I decided to do it here.

While poking around youtube for sneeze stuff, I stumbled across this video, an animated segment from something called "Dear Hank and John". For those who aren't able to watch for whatever reason, the gist is that someone writes in reporting that when they went to their allergist, the allergist claimed that "It is not normal to sneeze. I never sneeze." This is immediately greeted with skepticism from Hank and John, and while I'm inclined to agree, I'm wondering if there might be a grain of truth in what the allergist said. While sneezing may be our body's way of getting rid of irritants in our nose, maybe it really isn't normal to sneeze, from some sort of biological or medical perspective.

Anyone want to chime in on what they think the allergist was talking about?

The word "normal" is problematic. If we're gonna start discussing the definition of "normal" we're gonna need a whole new different site 😆
