so i was sitting on an amtrak train a few weeks ago and i started hearing people sniffling and sneezing intensely. i realized that it was from the people right behind me since i could hear it all loud and clearly, right in my ear. they both just kept sneezing, likely from a cold, as it was january at the time and allergies aren’t as prevalent then. it sounded uncovered which made me both uncomfortable yet Hot as i both wanted to catch their cold yet also hate being sick. i settled for taking off my mask every few minutes to itch my nose, drink my water or something. i didn’t get sick though, which made sense (as i was wearing a mask most of the time), but i do kinda wish i had…
