Annoying nose got Chhinkni-punishment (with audio, self, female)

For several days now I've had a weird almost-cold, sensitive and runny nose, uncomfortable (but not quite sore and definitely not itchy) throat, but it never fully breaks out. It's not allergies, though I have developed a mild tree pollen allergy after 30, that mainly consists of itchy eyes and throat, not really any nose symptoms. And my eyes feel fine (those are normally the most affected), and my throat isn't dry/itchy. Also I've already started taking antihistamines, ALSO I haven't really left my apartment either.

Anyway, so this cold-hopeful or whatever it is, has been really annoying so yesterday I decided to punish my nose for it's behaviour with a chhinkni session, and recorded some of it for fun. 

 

Desperate very messy fit, I damn near choked at one point in the beginning,  . Muffled into a makeshift handkerchief (it used to be a T-shirt but was remade into rags and subsequently handkerchiefs). It's blue cotton, if anyone is interested.

Apologies, sniffling, some heavy breathing lol, one brief noseblow between 1:39 and 1:44. Wet sneezes and a couple of very failed, messy half-stifles.

I don't even know what this was!   I almost never talk though a sneeze because usually I distract myself too much if I try to speak, but that first one was such an ambush sneeze. All kinds of weird noises in this one.

Love the idea of punishing a nose with chhinkni! I can totally relate to wanting or needing to sneeze and all I get are teasing tickles and false starts. Soooo annoying.

Thank you, guys!   I'm not sure how much better I felt after, but the worst tickle was placated at least. Chhinkni sneezes are so heavy and deep they feel like an entire soul cleansing, lol.

Yeah, they were indeed quite, uh... moist.
