kathleenh4656 Posted April 22 Share Posted April 22 Happy Monday morning in Virginia, Eastern U.S. It's 39 degrees here. I think Winter made a wrong turn. I just saw a video on Y.T. titled Sneeze Therapy. The lady just stood and sneezed, with only her head moving.... Who the heck does that? It didn't look like therapy. If I tried something like that I would probably crack a rib. Don't most of us bend at the waist or lean forward? Oh well, time for coffee, food and maybe some yoga stretches. Link to comment
PapaBear70 Posted April 22 Share Posted April 22 I've seen those videos before. I'm not entirely sure what they're supposed to be about. Sneezing to relieve stress maybe? Just a guess But I just about have to bend forward some when I sneeze. It just feels natural. Standing ridgid like that can't be very satisfying I wouldn't think Link to comment
