The profile of the girl posting says Turkey as the country of origin and whatever they were using seems a lot more effective than pepper, so you might try looking east for some more effective sneezing powders.On the other hand, I am sure that the community could find the recipe for the old Adams' sneezing powder, it no longer has any commercial use, and whilst its sale might be restricted it is not an illegal substance, the company, or its successor, might even tell you.
