smooshi Posted November 15, 2012 Share Posted November 15, 2012 I'll add "Starman" (David Bowie's biography written by Paul Trynka) to my "Books" list.The book is fenomenal, and for the first time in the last couple of years I actually carry the book wherever I go so I can read it.I will quote the actual line which made me cry (it will be the lousy English translation of Croatian translation of the book which was originally written in English, just in case you wondered ): "The couple of days after his father's death David said to John that his phone rang few times at 5:30 AM: 'I would answer it, and there was no one at the other side', he told him,'I knew it was Dad checking if I was fine.'"
