Spacesneezeman
Monkey→Monkey pox→ disease → symptoms → sneezing. Fourier transform. (Sorry in advance :p) Link to comment

Sitruuna
Euclidean geometry -> maths -> university -> overworked scientists -> being overworked gives you stress and can affect your immune system -> getting sick -> sneezing glottal stop Link to comment
Wig_Powder
Glottal stop--a technique used in speaking/singing in certain circumstances--speaking/singing--voice--voices tend to get hoarse or congested when people get sick with a cold--cold--sneeze. My word: Shingles (as in tiles for a roof, not the disease). Link to comment
DesperationLover
Shingles -> roofing -> construction -> woodworking -> sawing wood -> sawdust -> sneezing or: -> roof -> shelter from weather -> rain ->getting caught in rain -> getting sick -> sneezing My word: bikini Link to comment
Spacesneezeman
Bikini - swimming - water - wet - cold - sneezing. Boulder. Link to comment
PantheraPardus
Boulder -> mountain -> Thomas Mann’s The Magic Mountain -> literature with particular references to sneezing -> sneezing. If we want to get technical now… hmm, yes, let’s say: the Smoot-Hawley Tariff (or, if that’s a bit much, “mustache”). Link to comment
Wig_Powder
The Smoot-Hawley Tariff--Those names sound very much like they belong to upper-crust/stuffy aristocrats--the word stuffy--stuffy nose/stuffed up--symptoms that come with a cold--cold--sneeze. And after actually looking up the term...The Smooth-Hawley Tariff--A bill passed to raise prices/taxes on imported goods in 1930--imported goods--one such item used to be spices back in the early days of trade--spices--pepper--sneeze. My word: Scale (like the thing you use to measure weight). Link to comment
