I cannot imagine what this is. The beginning looks like kinesiology - my dad showed me once how it's somehow harder for you to resist having your arm pushed down when you're holding a small packet of Splenda and said that was what the entire field was about. Anyway, a lot of the videos don't show that, just the sneezing.

And the bellies. It's not my thing per se, but I know the belly is a commonly fetishized body part, and that's the only other unifying theme in each of these videos. Why do their bellies have to be showing for this therapy? If I didn't know any better, I'd say the whole thing is an elaborate ruse to make a very specific kind of porn

I even went to the very first video she posted to see if she might explain what this is about, but no dice. Bright side: Sabs herself has a pretty sneeze, too!

Other questions floating around my head: What powder is she using? Could it be chhinkni? What on earth does the 4444 in each video's title mean? And seriously, 176 videos in one month?!

thanks....I thought they were amazing as well, it looks like its some sort of holistic medical area, and people are paying for this...and if you watch a lot of them, the woman conducting it, seems to explain that the sneeze is to help flush out the bad feelings and thoughts from their bodies...and also using some sort of tummy tightening exercises after the sneeze.....I only wish this place was in my hometown, I would quit my job and offer to work there for free!

I really just have no idea what to make of this... It's a fascinating find though. The channel name is intriguing too. Clinical study of WHAT? And what does it have to do with abs? And what does any of that have to do with sneezing? I have so many questions! xD

There's actually another account too, from the same people, under the name "Sabs Jones". I'm SUPER curious what the heck this is and how they advertise this 'therapy'. I've tried googling all sorts of variations but I can't find anything! It seems like the process is to do an 'arm push' test (which I've had a chiropractor use on me) to test resistance when you aren't thinking of any emotion and then when you are, and then you 'sneeze out' the negative emotional energy and they re-test to see if you've 'cleared' that bad emotion. One of the videos has the description: "10days later - more relaxed. Stress is still there. Does emotional release when something comes up."

I don't know if you're looking for Sabs sneezing in general, or the specific situation you described, but there are plenty videos of Sabs making herself sneeze and they do not disappoint! But I agree that Sabs AND another patient both sneezing in the same video would be A-OK too. It just seems like the powder they're using to induce needs to be snorted, not just in the air nearby, to induce sneezing. But we can dream!

you are right....in one of the clips, she mentions "I will go get the cascade" really?...cascade dish soap??? and these women agree to snorting this?? very odd!! pepper yea...but dish soap???

its not chhinikni, its the same powder used on chynna44 and renee44s channel (still available check their channels out and youll see) and a few meridian channels that aren't available anymore, you'd know it was the powder they were sniffing because even woman who couldn't sneeze more than 1-2 times would suddenly start sneezing 5+ times in a row, I would love to know what this powder is and more to the point is it harmful :S I only brought chhinikni to the forums attention because I've researched all the ingredients and consider it safe (as does uk law I guess if they allow it to be imported in) with no long term health effects / dangers but im my experience, if its a chemical in powder form and will make ANYONE who sniffs it sneeze its probably going to be dangerous ... eg the carcinogenic S adams ' cachoo' sneeze powder or concentrated hellebore root in other old sneeze powders, I cant imagine washing powder would do this nowadays given all the restrictions about what does in it but then again I could be proved wrong

Yeah this is almost exactly the same as those videos. The main difference is they actually seem to be in a clinic of some kind. In those older meridian videos they always seemed to be at home and sometimes talking to someone over the phone. These types of videos have been popping up for years. I remember seeing the first one around ten years ago so it's certainly nothing new. Unfortunately the trend seems to be once too many people discover a channel like this and start leaving creepy comments they just stop uploading. I hope that doesn't happen with this one.

Meridian is just referring to the navel. They seem to think that sneezing releases emotions through the navel or something. The whole thing seems quite insane to me but I'm happy to watch their videos. I have no idea what the 4's stand for, but there always seemed to be specific numbers associated with these channels. It's like the numbers designate different test groups or something. That's pure speculation on my part of course. It used to be pretty easy to find the channels on Youtube since they usually contained meridian in the name but now it's gotten harder. I don't even know how people found this one since it seems to be another case of the videos not being marked as sneezing videos in any way.

There's also this website for those who haven't seen it. It was started by one of the people who used to have a meridian Youtube channel called meridiankim. It no longer exists of course, like so many others. I have to wonder how many more of these channels are out there that we don't know exist.

Meredians are actually energy channels often pinpointed in things like acupuncture. I'm a Google master (I promise…I'm not THAT creepy) and I can confirm that the Chynna and Renee people are in a different part of the US than the Sabs people, so it's not a thing that one specific group is doing. (For their privacy, I won't say any more than that and I didn't find any name or explanation for the 'therapy'). I'm guessing it's a technique based on Emotional Release Therapy that specifically uses sneezing as the release instead of things like chiropractic adjustment, breath control, or tapping. 44 may refer to the meridian point or something (Google vaguely confirms it's the stomach).
