I think I've sneezed once or twice today through natural causes.

But I just did a "detox" with my mom with a drink made up of water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper and its really tickling my sinuses. I might sneeze soon.  It was so gross! I hope I don't get sick from it, even though I only took a few sips/drinks of the 8 ounces of the detox.

I sneeze like that all the time.. I don't really have a build-up to my sneeze, but I can definitely feel a tickle in my nose before a sneeze comes. So I can't really decide if I actually have to sneeze ever before it comes, so usually I sneeze like half of a sneeze because I doubt that it's gonna come and then it actually does 

For how many times I've sneezed today though.. 0.
