This yaoi manga Punch Up has quite a few sneezes from the uke in this chapter, since he catches a cold.  There's fever and caretaking as well. The page I'm linking to is SFW, but the chapter is not.  Sneezes happen on pages 9-19, before the actual sex happens, but there's some fantasizing and nudity. This chapter also contains watersports, so if you're not into that, I would avoid it (though that happens after page 19, so after all the actual sneezes).

okay I have a question.... Im totally blanking on a manga and wanted to know if any of you have read it and remembered what it was called, since for the life of me I cannot. I remember that it was a romance between an average girl and an idol guy (but he still goes to her school) and for the chapters with the sneezing in it, it was either valentines day or christmas and the guy was catching a cold but had to go to some event to accept a fans present and ends up picking the manga's heroine who gives him a knitted scarf....and thats all I can remember  If any of you guys know what manga im trying to remember please let me know and if I find it I will post the sneezing pages... Thanks!!
