Guts from Berserk sneezes from being locked in a cage and being cold either in volume 16. I'm not going to scan it in because the Berserk volumes don't feel sturdy at all, but if people want to see, I'm sure you can find of the manga somewhere online. I thought some people might like that.

I linked both, but the English version's my favorite because, well, the actor's a guy. (that, and he just so happens to be Vic Mignogna. XD) Btw, if you like Fullmetal Alchemist you should totally check out FMA: Brotherhood. It is one of the BEST SERIES EVER It had a decent number of sneezes in it too, actually... five, all male XDD (Two from Ed, one from Roy, and two from this minor character who catches a cold.... ^^)

Yay for Sekaiichi Hatsukoi!!! <333 I found quite a few in the manga, though I don't suggest you look further than these pages if you don't like yoai, because the manga is quite a bit more...descriptive with the sex scenes (pictures)

In the Elfen Lied manga, Lucy/Nyu sneezes from being cold. It's the same one as in the anime but the manga came first so it counts.

Also, I think Shierk sneezes in Berserk volume 35. Again, the volumes don't feel very sturdy to me so I'd rather not scan the image in.

I don't read a lot of manga so I don't know how often female characters actually sneeze in manga, but those are the only two that I know about.
